An act for the lazy children
LUDHIANA: Students of College of Fisheries performed a mime to convey the message that even lazy children, if given proper attention and allowed to pursue their interests, could excel in life. The six BFSc students participated in the mime competition in second youth festival of GADVASU and were appreciated by spectators.
The group included Harsimranjeet Kaur of BFSc-IV, Yadwinder Kaur and Mandeep Kaur of BFSc-I, Rajinder Kaur of BFSc-III and Aparna Kumari and Navjot Kaur of BFSc-II.

Mandeep and Rajinder said their story revolved around a lazy child who lacks interest in academics or sports but has a flair for music and achieves a lot when gets a chance to explore his passion.
Harsimranjeet and Yadwinder said the children these days do not get a chance to pursue their interests as careers and rather give in to parents' wish. Aparna and Navjot said a family should not neglect children if they lag behind at school. A child could be good at numerous other things and that talent needs to be tapped, they added.
